Returns Policy
You can return any unopened or damaged product.

Here is what you need to do.

Step 1: Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number(RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You can contact Customer Service at customerservice@aent.net

Step 2: Fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice.

Step 3: Pack and Send Enclose merchandise and the completed returns form in a sturdy package. Fill out the return label included on the invoice,including your RA#. Affix the return label to the back of the invoice and send.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We cannot accept any opened merchandise.
